What this site knows about you
Writing to someone about something private means entrusting sensitive information before you have even met them. So here is exactly what happens when you fill in the form, in plain language, not legalese.
Nothing is stored on this site
Your message is not saved to any database, and this site keeps nothing of it. It travels to my inbox through a delivery service called Resend, which keeps a complete copy of it for thirty days before erasing it — that is their service's own retention period, not a choice of mine. After that, the email in my inbox is the only copy that exists.
No advertising pixels
There is no Facebook pixel here, no Google Ads tracking, no advertising tracker of any kind. That is deliberate: on a site where people read pages about intimacy, school or marriage, merely visiting a page is already personal information. It goes to no one.
What WhatsApp implies
WhatsApp is convenient, but it is not a confidential channel: notification previews can be read by anyone holding your phone, and automatic backups are not encrypted. That is why I ask you to use it only to make contact, and to keep the rest for the conversation.
What is said in a session
What you tell me does not leave this room. I publish no testimonials, no photographs, and I do not speak about you to anyone who knows you. That matters particularly in Jerusalem, where the communities are small and people place one another quickly. As is customary in this profession, I sometimes take my work to supervision with the teachers who trained me: nothing that could identify you is shared there, and they are bound by confidentiality themselves.
Your rights
You may ask me at any time what I have kept from our exchanges, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Just ask, by email or by phone, whichever you prefer.
